Napa Valley

With four distinct towns to choose from in the napa valley, the choice of where to stay during your California wine escape may seem like a touGh call.

Home to many upscale properties and Michelin-starred restaurants (Thomas Keller’s French Laundry being one of its famous residents), Yountville is undoubtedly the chicest option in which to base your trip to Napa Valley. And logistically it one of the easiest to get around - no need for a car, as there is plenty to do in and around Yountville itself while on foot. Whether you want to enjoy the award-winning tasting rooms, browse some world-class art, or take in the beautiful natural surroundings, it’s all within walking distance!

Day-By-DAy

Day
1

Welcome to California! Your flight will land in San Francisco or Sacramento, where you will be met by your friendly driver for your onward journey to Napa Valley!

Day
2

This morning, you will be picked up at your hotel by your private driver and explore wine country in the comfort of your own private Mercedes! You will stop at three wineries throughout the day for tastings and tours. You will also enjoy a gourmet picnic lunch at one of the wineries. Our favorites include:

  • A small, Pinot focused winery that dates back to the previous millennia.

  • A winery and world-class equestrian facility combination that is dedicated to training top performance horses.

  • A farm / winery that specializes in the creation of pure, expressive wines, artisan foods and unforgettable experiences hosted on its amazing patio.

Day
3

Today you have time to spend at leisure. You could choose to spend it by the pool or taking advantage of a spa treatment at the hotel. Maybe you’d like to stroll the manicured streets of Yountville perusing local art galleries, boutique shops, and the public art throughout the town. You could start your day early with a sunrise hot air balloon ride over the Napa Valley landscape. Or perhaps you would like to ride bikes through the surrounding vineyards. Wherever your interests or mood takes you, you’re sure to find something amazing to do to pass the time.

This evening, you’ll end a relaxing day in Napa Valley with a dinner reservation at the creme-de-la-creme of Yountville restaurants, the French Laundry.

Day
4

This afternoon, you will be picked up at your hotel by your private driver and explore wine country in the comfort of your own Mercedes! You will stop at two wineries throughout the day. At the first winery, you will enjoy an elaborate food and wine pairing. The actual wineries you visit will depend on the time of year, availability, and your specific tastes. You could find yourself at a mid-century modern style winery that adheres to an ethos of light-handed winemaking and transparency of terroir. Or you might visit one of the many family owned wineries dotting the rolling hills of Napa Valley.

Day
5

All good things must come to an end; so, too, must your stay in Napa Valley. After one last day of relaxing, meet your driver in the lobby of your hotel in the late afternoon for transfer to the San Francisco or Sacramento airport.
