After booking, each reservation is personally confirmed by a talented 6 Degrees advisor, who will work with you to ensure that any preferences or requests are communicated to the hotel and your stay is seamless.

+ HOW DO I RESERVE A HOTEL ROOM USING THE HOTEL BOOKING TOOL?
There are a couple of options!
ONLINE: If you want instant confirmation, you can book online at Virtuoso.com.
VIA EMAIL: You can email the 6 Degrees Hotel Desk at hoteldesk@travel6degrees.com for assistance. Please include your name, the hotel name, stay dates, and room category you would like in your email.
VIA YOUR DEDICATED ADVISOR: You are always welcome to reach out to your dedicated 6 Degrees advisor for assistance, especially if you have questions on the terms & conditions or are uncertain about where you should stay.
Note: Four Seasons Hotels are not available online and can only be booked by email. In addition, we recommend that you book Belmond hotels via email for access to our additional preferred amenities as part of our Bellini Club association.
+ HOW DO I USE THE 6 DEGREES HOTEL BOOKING TOOL ONLINE?
Using the 6 Degrees Hotel Booking Tool allows you to search for hotel availablity, view room rates, and confirm your reservation - all online.
When you are ready to book, follow the "Book Here" link above. You'll be redirected to 6 Degrees's custom Virtuoso booking portal. From here, you can enter your search criteria (location, dates, number of travelers, etc.) to view rates and availability based on your search.
When you’re ready to confirm your booking from the search results, select the red “Book” button next to your selected room category.
If it’s your first time using the 6 Degrees Hotel Booking Tool, you’ll be prompted to create a free Virtuoso account. If you are a return user, you can simply sign in and proceed to payment information. After entering your personal information and credit card details (like in any online booking portal), you’ll receive an email confirmation with all the details.
A 6 Degrees advisor will also reach out within one business day to reconfirm your reservation and collect any additional information you would like to share, such as preferences, dietary restrictions, and more.
+ WHY SHOULD I BOOK USING THE 6 DEGREES HOTEL BOOKING TOOL?
You will receive the Virtuoso amenities and VIP status you'd expect from a 6 Degrees booking with every 6 Degrees Hotel Booking Tool reservation you make.
The amenities you receive depend on the hotel, but typically they include room upgrades (upon availablity), daily breakfast, welcome goodies, and hotel or food credits.
Additionally, each hotel reservation receives 6 Degrees’s personal touch and leverages our relationships at the hotels to ensure you are treated as a VIP.

If there is a spscific hotel that you had in mind that isn't listed in the search results on the online portal, you can email the 6 Degrees Hotel Desk at hoteldesk@travel6degrees.com or your dedicated 6 Degrees advisor and we will look into for you.
+ WHY CAN'T I BOOK FOUR SEASONS HOTELS OR BELMOND HOTELS ONLINE?
Four Seasons properties do not participate in Virtuoso's online booking program; however, each 6 Degrees direct booking includes the Virtuoso amenities. While Belmond hotels are available online, 6 Degrees is a member of the Belmond Bellini Club, which gets you the ultimate recognition as a VIP and enhanced amentities. In either case, the 6 Degrees Hotel Desk can easily confirm your reservation directly by emailing hoteldesk@travel6degrees.com, or you can reach out to your dedicated 6 Degrees advisor.
+ I’M TRAVELING WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS. CAN I USE HOTEL BOOKING TOOL?
The 6 Degrees Hotel Booking Tool does not allow you to make booking within 24 hours of travel. Please contact the 6 Degrees Hotel Desk at hoteldesk@travel6degrees.com or your dedicated 6 Degrees advisor to confirm a booking within 24 hours.
+ MY PLANS HAVE CHANGED. CAN I MAKE A CHANGE OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Once confirmed, you cannot cancel or change your booking online via the 6 Degrees Hotel Booking Tool. Please contact your dedicated 6 Degrees advisor or the 6 Degrees Hotel Desk at hoteldesk@travel6degrees directly, and we will assist you with your change or cancelation request.
