Originally from the heart of Central Illinois, Molly’s journey to luxury travel design began long before her first itinerary. After graduating from the University of Kentucky, she joined Teach For America and moved to Nashville, TN, expecting a two-year commitment teaching 7th grade math. Instead, she fell in love with her students, her community, and the transformative power of creating meaningful experiences.

Nearly fifteen years later, Molly has served children across inner-city Nashville as everything from a dedicated classroom teacher to a founding elementary school principal. Her years in school leadership uniquely prepared her for the world of luxury travel: as a principal, Molly became a master planner. Organizing hundreds of moving parts, anticipating needs before they arise, customizing experiences for families, and ensuring every detail is handled flawlessly is second nature to her—skills she now brings to every itinerary she designs.

Today, Molly channels that same passion, precision, and heart into crafting effortless, high-touch travel experiences for families, couples, and multi-generational groups.
