Callie's real love for travel began one summer in college when she traveled through Europe with friends exploring Florence, Nice and Barcelona (a personal favorite).

Callie moved back to her hometown of Nashville, TN after attending the University of Alabama. After working in healthcare for 7.5 years (and raising 2 little boys), she decided that her passion for planning trips for her friends and her family was something she would love to do full-time. From adventure to luxurious to relaxing, you can count on Callie to plan any trip that your heart desires!

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE TRAVEL TIP?

Eat the local food - it's the best way to get to know a place better. When planning my own trips, booking restaurant reservations and exploring menus is my absolute favorite part!

WHAT’S YOUR MOST MEMORABLE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE?

In college, I was fortunate enough to spend 1 month in Moshi, Tanzania which is a small city at the base of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Along with a couple of friends, we volunteered at Moshi Arusha Hospital and got to travel around Tanzania every weekend. We went on safaris, visited the Maasai tribe and even spent a couple days on the beach of Zanzibar. There is something so magical and thrilling about being on safari 5 feet away from wild elephants and lions. It was an unforgettable trip in every way and I can't wait to go back someday!

WHY SHOULD SOMEONE WORK WITH A TRAVEL DESIGNER?

Ease and convenience! Most of the time, travel designers have the insight that a person normally wouldn't have. The point of a 'getaway' is to relax - let us do all of the work for you!

WHICH DESTINATIONS ARE YOU PERSONALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO VISITING AND WHY?

Too many to name but Thailand (for the culture) and Bora Bora (for the huts above crystal clear waters :)) are high on my bucketlist!
